*For the protection of the homeowners and the association, the HC Board, and/or its designated agents, reserves the right to
suspend "in water" activities or close the pool at anytime for Safety, Health, or Weather considerations or any reason deemed
appropriate at the time of closing. The pool will remain closed until it is deemed by the HC Board, and/or its designated agents,
the conditions are safe to reopen. Failure to adhere to could lead to a suspension of pool privileges.
